Shipping within the United States
I ship from State of Missouri, USA, to any location in the United States and Military APO/FPO via the United States Postal Service. Shipping choices and rates from "first-class parcel post" to "express mail" are shown in your shopping cart during checkout and are based on total item weight in ounces plus Delivery Confirmation fee.* You may choose to add insurance or upgrade your shipping method.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping to Canada is sent express mail if you want to insure your package. Shipping to Canada by "priority mail" cannot be insured.
Shipping Outside the United States
Shipments are normally sent by express mail international. Express mail is required if you wish to add insurance. Shipping by priority flat-rate envelope is available, but insurance cannot be added to that option.
Whether or not I can ship a package to you depends on your country's custom regulations. You will be more familiar with your country's customs regulations than I will. All items shipped out of the United States are subject to customs inspection in the country they are being shipped to. I cannot be responsible if your item does not pass through customs. I will only issue a refund if the merchandise is returned to me. Assessment of duties, taxes (including VAT), and administrative fees (covering the costs of clearing the item through customs) is done in accordance with that country's laws. Customs duties, taxes, and administrative fees are collected from the recipient. These fees are not included in any prices I quote or any payments remitted to me. All prices quoted by me are in US dollars.
Places that I know I cannot ship to (items are prohibited per the customs information) include Mexico, South America and Africa.
When to Expect Shipping
Purchases for in stock items will be shipped within five (5) days after receipt of payment. Custom orders and out of stock items will be shipped within 5 - 10 days of receipt of payment unless you are notified of special circumstances (ie. availability of beads and other materials). Items will be shipped Monday through Friday, no shipping over the weekend.
Please Note: Sales tax of 6.475% is charged on purchases shipped to addresses in the state of Missouri.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Jewelry items may be returned if you are not satisfied with your purchase. I will refund the cost of the item or arrange an exchange to satisfy your purchase from my store.
All returns must be made prepaid within 10 days of receipt and must be in new, unused condition. Email me after you receive your item(s) to let me know that you will be returning your item(s) and are requesting a refund of the item(s) purchase price minus shipping (shipping is not refunded). Buyer will pay for return shipping (return shipping will not be refunded) and your refund will be processed through PayPal or the credit card used for purchase after I receive the item back in new, unused condition.

**NOTE: Delivery by the United States Postal Service is not covered and not included in my Return Policy. Purchase of Shipping Insurance is recommended for the total cost of your purchase to protect your order after it leaves my hands.
